Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for subscribing to AG Analytics. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchases.

1. No Refunds After Purchase

All sales are final. Once a subscription is purchased, no refunds will be issued, regardless of usage or access. This policy applies to all membership levels, including ALPHA 6 and ALPHA 12.

2. Subscription Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive full access to the subscribed resources for the selected period (6 or 12 months). Resources include Excel-based investment analysis sheets and other tools released during your subscription term.

3. Exceptions for Technical Issues

In rare cases where technical errors (from our side) prevent access to purchased resources:

You must report the issue within 48 hours of payment. Our team will investigate and resolve the issue promptly. If access cannot be restored, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription anytime, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund. After cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the paid term.
